Advizzo Wins Contract with Welsh Water to Power Smart Meter Data Analytics and Behavioural Engagement
We are excited to announce that Advizzo has been selected by Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) to support their Smart Town Metering Analysis Tool Trial as part of their behavioural customer engagement program. This collaboration marks a significant step in leveraging smart meter data to drive water conservation, leakage detection, and customer engagement across Wales.
Advizzo’s Role in the Project
Welsh Water will install over NB-IoT smart meters across residential and non-household properties in Abergele to better understand customer demand and the impact of water efficiency strategies. Advizzo’s SaaS platform will serve as a centralized behavioural analytics hub, enabling:
✅ Behavioural Customer Engagement – Providing customers with personalized insights into their water usage, driving behavioural change to reduce consumption.
✅ Smart Meter Data Analytics – Detecting customer-side and void property consumption.
✅ Real-time Reporting & Decision Support – Delivering analytics that enhance Welsh Water’s operational efficiency, water conservation, and customer engagement strategies.
